After my appointment in National Monitoring Committee for Minorities Education, Ministry of Human Resource and Development Government of India as a Member ,many parent came to me and complain about problems to get admission of their child in school and some organization also complain me the dictatorship of school management and how they harass parents to get admission of their child in school , many of them said they had complain to education department , but the issue is same. After hearing these problems, I personally wrote to few school and asked the detail of admission which was done under the RTE act and request them to put their admission form online but after not getting satisfied answer, In the month of July and August 2013, I wrote these issue to Prime Minister of India, HRD Minister of India and Maharashtra education Minister and its department to serious action on violating RTE act and to instruct schools to put their admission form online or do the necessary action which make easy admission process. Because always at the time of school admission parents suffer a lot, specialy working class people. Each school release admission for on different dates. Many places parents or relative stand on que to collect admission form from whole night, after many struggle when parents get admission form they face another problem to get admission. Agent and some school management take advantage of this problem and demand unbearable donation. To take interview of childe at the time of admission is not permitted but unfortunately many schools do this. One more major issue which always comes in news paper is the implementation of RTE act. Most high profile and private school not only violate RTE act but also insult parents who come for admission.

After hearing that the education department of Maharshtra officials announced the entry level school admissions will be conducted through a centralized online process.

I congratulate to education Minister of Maharshtra specially to the whole team of educational officer who take good action and I hoe it will work easy and successful.
