Islam is a religion who first give reservation to the backward

Now a day in the media debate is going on is reservation is permitted by islam. So the answer is yes. If we study islam then we come to know that islam is a religion who has given first reservation to the backward community or people. It is true that there is no cast system in islam but the concept of Zakat is form to help the poor or the backward people or community. We study about the Zakat we know that zakat is a some percentage of amount or thing to whom who is financially strong. they have to give such percentage of their amount to the needy people. Islam strongly instruct to his follower to give that amount to the poor or backward people and this called zakat. mean islam has reserve some amount or percentage to the poor people. there are many other instruction are available in Quran and Hadith where islam says to reserve some percentage to the poor.
